Supporting Our Communities in 2025
At Still Sisters, our mission has always been about inclusivity, community, and bringing people together. In 2025, we’re deepening our commitment to making a difference by supporting two incredible charities: FearFree and Aurora. These organisations work tirelessly to support individuals and families in need, and we’re proud to stand alongside them.
FearFree
FearFree provides specialist support to people experiencing domestic abuse, sexual violence, and stalking. They offer practical assistance, emotional support, and safe spaces for those in need. Their work is vital in helping individuals rebuild their lives free from fear and harm. Learn more.
Aurora
Aurora Breast Cancer Well-Being
Raise money, support your friends, give to a cause. Show you care.
Aurora is a compassionate breast cancer charity dedicated to empowering and supporting young pre-menopausal women affected by breast cancer. They unite to create a positive network within Wiltshire and Gloucestershire, assisting each other through diagnosis, treatment, and the recovery journey beyond.
Aurora provides comprehensive emotional and practical support, including engaging webinars, weekly "walk and talk" sessions, coffee mornings, well-being events, and psychological clinical sessions. These activities offer safe and inclusive spaces for women to connect, share experiences, and support each other through their breast cancer journey.
Why We’ve Chosen These Charities
At Still Sisters, we believe in lifting up the communities we are part of. Inclusivity and connection are at the heart of everything we do, and both FearFree and Aurora embody these values by offering safety, support, and hope to those who need it most.
We have worked with Gem previously, and she continues to be an inspiration to us all. When she was diagnosed with breast cancer, her surgeon, Anushka, encouraged her to set up Aurora Gems—a group within the Aurora charity that provides essential support for young women living with secondary or incurable breast cancer. Since launching in July last year, Aurora Gems has grown to 49 members, offering counselling, nutrition support, wellbeing retreats, and conferences. The feedback has been incredible, and we are honoured to support this vital initiative.
This year, we’re putting action behind our words with a series of fundraising events, awareness walks, and talks—because real change happens when we come together. We will do what we can in 2025 to make a difference, providing spaces and activities to support our local community.
We invite you to join us in making a difference. Visit our website to learn more, get involved, donate, or simply be inspired by the incredible individuals working to create safer, stronger communities every day.
