Meet Bryony.

Bryony, our chief wrapper, works against the odds with strikes, delays, and smashed or lost parcels. She works tirelessly to wrap your bottles safely and quickly. A service that Father Christmas himself would be proud of.

We are a friendly bunch, and unlike our big corporate counterparts, we offer a small, friendly, human service. As head of letters, you will never talk to a bot; you will speak with us. We know it’s a busy and stressful time of year, so if something isn’t quite right, we ask you to get in touch.

If your parcel is later than stated, lost or even sent to the wrong address - contact us in the letters department (we also accept emails and phone calls).

We will track down your packages and ensure, like Gwen, nobody gets missed this Christmas.
